As a requirement for transmitting Content to the Site, you must be the owner of all rights to the Content or have the owner's permission to send or reproduce the Content. FreeGames911 may terminate your account if no new content is submitted for six months.

FreeGames911 isn't liable for how your content is used. You agree that FreeGames911 is not liable for any damages you allege to incur as a consequence of inaccurate, offensive, indecent, or objectionable Content. Behavior

Register with fraudulent information or a fictitious identity. Harass other participants. Unauthorized access to any FreeGames911 service, data, network, or system. Interrupt FreeGames911's Site network.Commit Privacy or Property Violations
Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libellous, invasive of privacy, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable content.Mistreat Minors
FreeGames911 maintains the right to I temporarily or permanently disqualify Users who violate the law, this Agreement, or for any other serious misuse of the Service, and (ii) remove Content from the Site.Ownership
All content published by FreeGames911 on the Site (other than user-submitted content) is owned by FreeGames911 and/or its licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property or proprietary rights. By using the Site and any Service, you accept that you have no rights to the Site Content. Personal, non-commercial use of saved or printed copies of opinions, reviews, or other statements is permissible as long as legends or other references are not faked or deleted. FreeGames911 may assign this Agreement fully or partially. In case of conflict between translated versions of this Agreement, the English version shall prevail. All rights reserved. The opinions stated on FreeGames911 are the writers' responsibility and do not reflect those of FreeGames911 or the YSSX group.
